Quality Inn & Suites Hot Springs-Lake Hamilton

Very spacious rooms. Nice bathroom facilities. We decided to stay an extra night and keep our same room. Parking in front of rooms and doors open to parking lot. Staff was especially helpful when I had a medical emergency and allowed my husband to stay longer. No carpets, lovely tiled floors. Traveling with pets this is a great option. Great coffee and hot water available 24/7 at check in desk. Beds are so comfortable i want that mattress We very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again

Surprisingly, clean and quiet I was a little skeptical being from Las Vegas and used to being inside of a establishment versus accessing the door from the outside, but it was very nice. I wanna say the guy that checked me in with either Sebastian or Christian, but he was absolutely amazing with customer service and assisting me

This wasy second trip to hot springs and second time to stay at this Quality inn! I was happy the first time and very happy the second time around. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it met all my expectations! Thank you for another great trip!

The room was clean. After my encounter at the hotel down the road, I immediately checked the entire room for bugs. I found none. The bed was clean. No stains or anything (yes I pulled back everything). Bathroom was clean, floor was clean, I felt comfortable and safe here. Connor at the front desk showed great customer service while handling a lobby full of travelers. He did it quickly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again.
